She is an Indian actress and theatre director whose career spans over more than seventeen years of screen and stage work. A National School of Drama alumna, she first drew notice playing complex supporting roles in crime thrillers and family dramas on television. On the big screen, she’s inhabited everything from a devoted mother in a high–octane action film to a spirited survivor in satirical comedies.
Beyond acting, she writes and directs experimental theatre productions and coaches emerging performers in voice and movement. Known for her effortless shifts between mediums and genres, Meenal continues to champion character–driven stories that challenge both herself and her audiences.
